Riders want more than a big brand's fixed spec, without waiting months for custom geometry. If you build or sell frames in set sizes, you can give them exactly that — and move the frames sitting on your shelf.

Custom builds don't have to take 20+ emails.
Every custom bike starts the same way: a thread of questions about stem lengths, bar widths and upgrade prices — and a quote you rewrite every time an answer comes back.
"Interested in the gravel frame. Can I get Force instead of Rival? What stem comes on a 54?"
"Sure — Force is +$780. The 54 ships with a 100mm stem, or 90 if you want less reach. What bar width do you ride?"
"Let's do the 90 stem. Can I swap to 44cm carbon bars? And what crank length?"
"Wait, which crank length did we land on — 170 or 172.5? And is that quote v3 or v4?"
Days of back-and-forth to close one build.
Titanium All-Road — Complete
One order. Every part. Ready to build.
See it in 60 seconds.
From product page to parts order list — no emails involved.

Time is money.
Save time
The customer configures, you build. Zero emails to finalize a spec.
Order parts in minutes
Every sale generates a parts order list, grouped by brand with SKUs and quantities, emailed the moment the order lands.
Protect your margins
You set the price of every part, groupset and upgrade. Nothing gets forgotten or underpriced in a quote.
Truly custom, not preset
Customers choose fit points — stem length, bar width, crank length — and the parts themselves, from the options you offer.
A 110mm stem and a 172.5mm crank shouldn't come on every bike.
Building a bike well means building it for the rider. Stem length, bar width, crank length — small choices that decide whether a bike fits. Big brands pick one setup per size. Custom builds sort it out over a long thread of emails. That process still has its place, but it shouldn't be the only way to get a bike that fits.
Custom Bike Builder lets shops and brands hand those choices to riders who know what they want. They spec it once, at checkout — and enjoy the bike as it arrives, without swapping parts later.
Three steps to your first build.
Load your parts catalog
Import parts from a spreadsheet with your SKUs, prices and costs, or start from ready-made groupset data and adjust it.

Built around real shop operations.
Real parts choice, not just sizes
Put several products in any part type — three saddles, two wheelsets, a choice of bars — and let the rider pick. You decide what's on the menu.
Groupset data included
Start fast: import ready-made Shimano and SRAM groupsets with real SKUs, then set your own prices.
One cart line per bike
Every part is priced on its own line, then merged into a single bike at checkout — on any Shopify plan.
Groupsets and upgrade kits
A groupset is priced from its parts. Upgrade kits swap in a package of parts at a price you set.
Fit defaults by frame size
Pick the stem, bar width and crank length each frame size starts with. Customers can still change them.
Bottom brackets and rotors, matched
The right bottom bracket and rotors are chosen from the frame's standards and the groupset — no customer guesswork.
Color swatches and lead times
Frame colors show as swatches. Each bike shows its in-stock or backorder lead time above Add to cart.
Optional assembly fee
Charge for a shop build, or offer the bike shipped as parts — it heads the mechanic's build sheet either way.
Pay when you sell.

Questions shops ask.
Do I need Shopify Plus?add
No. It works on every Shopify plan, and the bike still checks out as a single cart line.
Does it work with my theme?add
Yes. The builder is a theme app block — add it to a product page in the Shopify theme editor, no code needed.
What does my team receive with each order?add
An email with a parts order list grouped by brand, with SKUs and quantities, plus a build sheet listing the same parts in assembly order. You choose whether to receive one or both.
Can I import my parts from a spreadsheet?add
Yes. Import parts by CSV with SKUs, prices and costs, and export your catalog back to a spreadsheet any time. Every import shows a dry run before anything changes.
Can customers choose specific parts, not just sizes?add
Yes. Add several products to any part type — saddles, wheelsets, handlebars, anything you stock — and the rider picks one. Fit sizes work the same way: you set which stem, bar width and crank length each frame size starts on, and the customer can change it.
Do I have to enter every groupset part myself?add
No. Ready-made Shimano and SRAM groupset data is included to get you started, with real SKUs. Import it, then set your own prices.
Does it work for custom-geometry frames?add
It's built for frames you make or stock in set sizes — the rider picks a size, then specs the build around it. Made-to-measure geometry is a different process; you can still use the builder for the parts and fit once a frame is designed.
What if I only sell framesets?add
Each bike offers any of Frame Only, Frameset or Complete. Offer just one and the choice disappears.
What does it cost?add
Fixed Gear is $0 a month plus $15 per bike sold. Cassette is $39 per 30 days plus a graduated per-bike fee (1–25 bikes: $5 / bike; 26–50 bikes: $4 / bike; 51+ bikes: $3 / bike). Billed through your Shopify invoice.
